Got my baleno repaired after minor accident. The staff was very keen on getting the repair done, esp Ansari Ji and Ramesh Ji (he handled my case). The repair was done withing a week and this was first time that I was able to take my car home at first delivery, generally Maruti service centres are known for lack of attention but, this did not happen with me. Second visit was for suspension noise and steering column issue, Shyam ji with his technical advisor immediately acknowledged both the issues and got my car scheduled for replacement. Suspension issue was reported at Nexa Service Sector 57 and was dismissed as noise from rear seat or spare tyre. Below is image of paid service where suspension noise was reported, this was 6 months ago but ignored by service centre

Moderate charges, location tricky due to metro work going on since last 1yr Cost cutting can be seen with old newspapers being used as foot rest paper. Good move. Have been a customer for last 8-9yrs with mixed experience on servicing different maruti cars. Overall, you should try once. Nexa closely monitors your experience and you get emails on job card and can provide feedback to fasttrack team as well.

Service is good but careing of vehicle is to bad for me,today i service of my Baleno car to this fast track maruti service center so after service when i pickup to my car then i saw some dent mark on my back right gate so i told to them and the service guide say then repair when u claim other dent marks etc so the can repair this dent mark free of cost, it's not repair they or not but its all about careing of vehicle when a customer want to service but I feel very bad and i never go again to this Fast Track service center..whorst service ever 0 star
